I was wondering who all has a problem getting in GM airbag and Chrysler ABS? It also freezes in Auto scan.  I just got this tool last week and it has been nothing but problems. I read good reviews before I purchased it but seems to be a different story now that I have it. Most of the people in support seem to have no clue about what to do. They say they will call you back and don't and some are just plain rude. It would be a great tool if it worked properly or a least had support that you could count on in knowing the issues would be fixed. 

 I had GM 5.0 and Chrysler 2.5 and it kept freezing. I had to remove those and put GM 4.0 and Chrysler 1.0 for it to even work in enhanced mode. That is what one Support rep told me to do and he said it must be a software issue but other Support people say I'm the only one they know of with a problem with the newer software. How could a larger SD fix the issue if I only have GM and Chrysler? I should have lots of space left. Seems like it should be the software seeing that it works 75% with the older version.

 Wierd that no one knows this when you call the support line.

 They told me to send it in so thats what I did.
